Kingston residents will have the opportunity to vote on a series of proposed revisions to the city charter this November. The revisions, put forth by the Charter Revision Commission, aim to modernize the city's governing document and address issues ranging from election procedures to the powers of the mayor and Common Council. Early voting will be available at the Ulster County Board of Elections, located at 79 Hurley Ave.
